Every home deserves
a second story.
Reimagining distressed properties into beautiful, attainable places to call home. Rooted in Illinois. Building toward what’s next.
Not just rebuilding houses.
Reinvesting in possibility.
We’re a woman-owned and woman-run company transitioning from small-scale padlock engineering and manufacturing into community-centered residential real estate redevelopment. After developing precision security products, Monarch is applying its engineering mindset to an urgent challenge: the shortage of safe, attainable housing in underserved communities. We purchase distressed properties, renovate with care and work to return them to market as safer, inviting homes.
Our transition is grounded in responsible repairs, safe housing practices and a commitment to preserving existing neighborhoods. From the first renovation underway in Sauget to our homes in East Saint Louis and Decatur, each property is an opportunity to give an existing neighborhood something worth being proud of.

*Illustrative loan calculations use a fixed 4% annual rate with monthly compounding. No payment is due during the first six months; accrued interest is added to principal, then the balance is repaid in 36 monthly installments. Actual interest accrual, payment schedule, security, eligibility and documentation require review and a separate signed agreement. No money is collected here. This is not an offer or sale of securities, a binding loan offer or a guaranteed return.
